Waterfront Engagement Photos
Thomas & Nicole
Waterfront Engagement Photos may be the best way to capture what it feels like to fall in love in Erie, PA. We met up with Thomas & Nicole on Lake Erie’s Waterfront & Frontier Park to capture their love story. We began at the bridge crossing over Cascade Creek in the heart of Frontier Park. Our team created some fun poses with the couple taking advantage of the bridge, creek, and the vivid foliage in the area. The couple was adventurous enough to get down into the creek for some pretty amazing shots with the water and reflection. What we ended up with were some shots that look like they were taken in a Japanese Garden. The bright and lush greenery was the perfect accent for this sweet couple. It made the photos feel hushed and intimate, as if they were the only ones in the park that day.
We spent about an hour wandering through Frontier Park before deciding to move on to take some waterfront engagement photos at the foot of East Avenue. There’s a gorgeous little spot that while being a popular fishing location, is very well hidden from the rest of the city. The pier has a nice vantage point of both the peninsula, with Perry Monument being visible off the shore, as well as the Coast Guard Station directly across the waterway. In addition to the breath taking views of the lake, there is a quaint field of wildflowers that allowed us to take some intimate photos as the sun began to set. Just as we were finishing up our shoot rain began to fall. It was the perfect finish to a warm and happy waterfront engagement photos session.
